Amanda Rodgers
Principal
Amanda Rodgers, MPH, is a versatile and detail-oriented professional adept at communication and possessing over a decade of experience enhancing community and individual health and wellness through program evaluation, data collection, and strategic planning.
Amanda previously held the position of internal health program evaluator and later health program manager at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where she led assessments for various programs and actively contributed to statewide workgroups, including chairing the Idaho State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup.
In her role at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, she evaluated programs such as Tobacco Control (Project Filter), Sexual Violence Prevention, Drug Overdose Prevention, and Environmental Health Programs, providing needs assessments, evaluation planning, and analysis of program outcomes and processes. Amanda has extensive experience participating in statewide multi-sector workgroups, including the Governor’s Workgroup to End Opioid Overdose.
She also worked as a research coordinator on a nationwide study, “Improving Contraceptive Options Now” (ICON), representing one of four Federally Qualified Health Centers selected for the study during her graduate program at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Additionally, she conducted her own research study on sexual violence and presented her graduate research at the American Public Health Association Annual Conference.
Amanda holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boise State University.
