Lavondia Alexander, RN, MSN, MBA, NCQA, has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare arena, propelling organizations forward through practice transformation. Her healthcare experience spans clinical, managerial, data, analytics, and quality improvement to executive leadership in the private, public, Nonprofit, and government sectors. 

Through value-based care and patient-centered approaches, she assists organizations in understanding how quality improvement practices and data analytics can create revenue-generating opportunities by leveraging existing and implementing new practices. 

By keeping pace with the dynamics of the healthcare delivery system and transforming data into actionable strategies for improving health, Lavondia is able to help practices achieve national quality awards, develop strategic relationships with varying healthcare entities to reduce barriers to care, and achieve and sustain patient-centered medical home recognition.
